MRTG Graphs

The Multi-Router Traffic Grapher (MRTG) is a very good tool for monitoring the bandwidth utilization of a network link. Developed by Tobi Oetiker, this tool uses SNMP for polling data from the router, server or any host with SNMP running on it. The following MRTG graphs show the links, routers, and servers utilization of PREGINET/ ASTI network. As part of the AI3 network, you can also find a link for monitoring the AI3 TestBed network.

MRTG & Weathermaps

MRTG is an important component of a Network Weathermap system. Using the logs produced by MRTG system, a colorful and meaning visualization of the whole network can be produced. To have a clearer view of the network's link utilization, you may want to view the PREGINET Network Weathermap.
